Structured for growth

Founded in 1999, Tower Gate Capital is owned principally by its senior management as well as four institutions - HBOS, F&C Asset Management (London), J&W Seligman (New York) and Aberdeen Murray Johnstone. The company has three core business divisions:

  • Advisory - Mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, fundraising
  • Investment - Principal investment, special situations and company creation
  • Specialist Products - Developing innovative investment vehicles, including private equity vehicles for investors and dynamic management teams
