We also have varied entrepreneurial experience across a range of sectors. Key executives include: Matthew Hudson, ChairmanThe founder of Tower Gate Capital in 1999, Matthew was formerly a Senior Partner at the law firm SJ Berwin where he helped establish their leading Private Equity and Venture Capital practice. He has also been a director of Cabot Square Capital, a private equity arm of Credit Suisse First Boston and held a senior M&A role at Coller Capital, a leading buyer of secondary interests in venture capital funds. Matthew is now the Managing Partner of the London office of the leading US law firm O'Melveny & Myers as well as Head of the firm's European Corporate Finance and Private Equity practices. Piers Linney, DirectorPiers is a qualified lawyer with a broad range of corporate finance and private equity experience gained at the law firm SJ Berwin and in commerce. He has worked as an investment banker in the M&A groups of Barclays de Zoete Wedd and Credit Suisse First Boston where he has specialised in domestic public transactions, cross border M&A, LBOs and transaction origination. A founder shareholder of Tower Gate Capital, he has also been involved in a number of venture capital backed start-up ventures.
